Our clean, comfortable home has three full bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, living room, kitchen, dining room, sun porch with sleep sofa. We provide: Phone, central AC, cable TV(2), VCR, DVD, Internet access, full kitchen, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerators (two), ice maker, kitchen utensils, linens and towels, washer and dryer, beautiful pool, private boat dock & fish cleaning station. What more could you possibly need!

Downtown St. Petersburg is a bustling business center that draws people of all ages offering six major museums, a number of art galleries, shops, restaurants and entertainment options, all in a charming waterfront setting.
An icon of the downtown area, the Pier offers many entertainment and dining choices as well as stunning waterfront views. Whether you take a boat or Segway tour of the waterfront, dine on the top deck of the five-story inverted pyramid or simply enjoy a sunset, visiting the Pier is a memorable experience.

Short notice reservations 'Reservation made less then 60 days in advance' -- Payment In Full Is Due Upon Making Your Reservation. All payments must be in US Dollars (USD) only. We Accept: WE NOW ACCEPT VISA, MC, AMEX & DISCOVER CARD!, US Cashiers Check, US Travelers Checks or US Money Order.
A (Refundable) damage/security deposit of $300.00 is required. Payment shall be by money order, cashiers or certified check. Your security is fully refundable within 30 days of termination of occupancy provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. Tenant is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear.
