McDowell Casino, and Saguaro Lake. With the services and attractions of Scottsdale and Phoenix, including famous Mayo Clinic, just 10 minutes away, this community with a heart is nestled in its own valley of beauty, and features Arts Weekends, gatherings around the fountain, community theater, and more!

Refunds/Cancellations: The deposit will be refunded in full upon cancellation, if canceled at least 60 days prior to the reservation date. The property is well kept and the furnishing are most appropriate for the setting. The location is wonderful and close to shopping and grocery stores. We often walked to the fountain park for activities. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The condo is 1 1/2 bath not 2 as advertised. We had three adults for a time and found the bathrooms to be limiting. The absence of high speed internet connection was an issue. However the local library has wireless access and it is located nearby. We would rent the unit again.

Perfect Getaway

Everything we needed and more, great location, great golf and a relaxing pool. Close to all amenities, stores, food, sight-seeing etc.
The house was really spacious and kept very clean, the owners were friendly and welcoming. I have already recommended it to my friends and yes I would go back.

Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your special townhome with us. We had a wonderful time there, we loved that we could walk to everything and enjoy the city.
Your home was very clean and very comfortable. We relaxed at the pool each night after dinner and walked to the Fountain in the evenings. Thanks we would definately stay there again.
