Unit has granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, brand new appliances, & stacked washer/dryer. Ceramic & carpet flooring. Textured walls & crown molding. . The grounds are beautifully landscaped and are ideal for strolling. Short walk downtown shopping, theatre, and wonderful restaurants. At Sarasota Harbor you can boat, sail, go deep sea fishing and enjoy sightseeing cruises. White-sand beaches of the world-famous Siesta Key. Championship golf courses.

Wonderful location close to downtown!

This condo is located in what appears to be a residential and business area! Gated community, well lit. Make sure that you have the landlord's phone number with you as the management company changes the access code with little notice! Very close to the spring training ball park! Grocery shopping is close by, (stay on Lime street south until you reach Ringling, Publix is on the left on Ringling), and access to downtown Sarasota very convenient! Minutes to beaches and St. Armand's circle. Condos are very peaceful with a screened in lanai overlooking a treed park like setting with walking pathways for dogs, lots of squirrels and birds! Two beautiful pools which are rarely crowded even during March!

The condo has a new kitchen with all new appliances, and stacked very efficient washer and dryer, (use only a small amount of detergent!) Decor is cottage casual, bright and cheerful. Floors are all tiled for easy maintainance. Newly tiled walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms and the second one has a tub and shower. King bed and two twin beds; consider bringing your own king sheets, but towels are plentiful. Mattresses are all new. Lots of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen so that you are not running the dishwasher with only small loads! The condo was very clean. Parking is plentiful and right outside the front door.

Sarastoa is a very vibrant city with lots to see and do! Check out the Artist's Colony in Towles Court. Wifi is available at the library or at most of the coffee shops near by! Our favourite was Local Tea and Coffee on US 41 just north of Proctor on the east side. It has a bicycle shop attached to it! The owner is a Triathlete who bakes his own croissants, brownies and turnovers, and also makes a mean crepe. Very casual and fun!

Make a definite plan to visit the Ringling Museum, the minature circus display and the wonderful art work make if a visit to remember. If you have time ask for a docent tour, these volunteers are so knowledgable. Entrance is free on Mondays!

Mote Marine rehab and rescue centre for sea creatures is on the far side of St. Armand's Circle on the way to Longboat Key. Well worth the visit whether you have children with you or not!

Beach lovers, make sure that you get an early start, parking at Siesta beach becomes crowded as early as 9.00 am. Try Turtle Beach as an alternate to avoid the crowds.



Visit Sarasota, you will want to return!
