What I Love About Connecticut:
Connecticut is ranked one of the best places in the World to live!!! Darien, in particular has excellent schools, hospitals, libraries, culture, and stimulation. Excellent for day trips. There is soooo much to see and do.
In the summer lots of free concerts and Shakespeare plays, magic shows, juggling acts, ballet, art shows and receptions. Winter: free ice skating, art shows and receptions, poetry readings, book signings, skiing (not free) sleding, bridge classes, art classes, college (free for 65 and older) senior activities and intellectual classes.
