This fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath tropical paradise house is being offered for your winter warm-up getaway. Every bedroom has been newly renovated with new beds, mattresses, sheets, pillows and paint. All bedrooms have been newly carpeted, leading to wall to wall tiled floors in all the living areas. The living room has a new Italian leather 3 piece sofa set with a large entertainment center.

I was very skeptical to this idea if renting a vacation home "online" It turned out to be the best thing I have done in terms of vacation plans. My family enjoyed the house and pool area so much we extended our vacation. This place is great and you should not pass it up. Big ups to Brett, fantastic place, great neighborhood and awesome pool!

Pleasant Getaway

This property was very centrally located; it was clean, and had a great layout for that was suitable for our middle-school-aged kids. There were enough rooms to spread out. Each could have a tv (when we were there long enough to turn it on!). The pool was a HIT! Hours upon hours were spent, even after dark. The landscaping was beautiful, and the neighborhood safe. Though the kitchen was decently-stocked, it was lacking a few necessities--a cutting knife (all we found was a steak knife), scissors, and a 9 x 12 casserole-sized baking pan/ cake pan. There were no paper towels or laundry detergent, so we had to buy some, and there were also no tall garbage bags, but we made do. These were minor distractions, however, and I would definitely rent this house again if I were in South Florida.
Owner's Response: Kitchen has recently been fully stocked with pots, pans, flat ware and various baking cooking items. We did have garbage bags lining all cans and extras in the bottom. We dont supply detergent but do supply the washing and drying machines. Paper towels were stored in the garage and may have been missed, they are now stored under the kitchen sink.
