In the heart of Paris, a palatial apartment overlooking a quiet and bright courtyard. Near to Place Madeleine, Tuileries gardens, place de la Concorde, and the best shopping in Paris on the Faubourg St. Honore with its designer boutiques, and the department stores of the Opera quarter. Only 2-3 mins. walk to the Paris Metro (subway) at Madeleine and easy access to all tourist sites. 10 mins. walk to the Champs Elysees and the Seine river and then over its bridges to the romantic Left Bank - or a leisurely stroll through the Tuileries gardens to the world-famous Louvre museum. Numerous restaurants offer opportunities to sample French cuisine at its best - all within minutes of the apartment!

I stayed at this apartment with my wife and four children from August 14 to 25, 2009. It is a very quite apartment in the middle of Paris with easy reach to the metro, bus stops, shops and boutiques. Check in arrangement with the friend of the owner was perfect. The friend supported my family with every thing ( information, additional channels of cable for children etc) that we needed to have a comfortable stay in Paris. I will recommend it to any one who wants a very comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris.

The location of this property was incredible. It was only a few minute walk to the Louvre and approx. 20 min. to either the Arch de Triomphe or the Eiffel Tower.

The apartment itself was very comfortable for our group of 7 to stay in. Lots of linens/towels were provided and with the added convenience of the washer and dryer, our week long stay was wonderful.

The owner had a friend meet us at the corner to make sure we didn't get lost finding our way to the apartment and he showed us all around the apartment and was very friendly and courteous down to offering a couple of different numbers to contact him if we had any problems while we were there.

Overall, this Paris vacation was incredible. I would highly recommend this property while in Paris.

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for 1 week in July, 2008. The location is amazing, it is in the middle of a high-end shopping district, 2 subway lines very close, and within easy walking distance to many attractions, including Tuileries Gardens and the beautiful Opera. We found a large grocery store also within walking distance. Many cafes outside your door. The owner Douglas was very accommodating and his assistant, who will meet you at the apartment was very helpful. Apartment was spacious, and clean. Do stay here, you will love it!

We had a great time at this rental. After traveling for a month in Europe with my teenage daughters it was nice to have two bedrooms. Safe Location, cafe on each side of the door. Friendly person checking us in, very helpful.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The location was centrally located and near public transportation. The only thing missing was a food market close by, so we picked up food on our way back from other locations.

The customer service was excellent. The person who met us at the apartment was very helpful. Would highly recommend this property.
