Completely renovated second floor apartment, in a stylish Art Deco building with an elevator, located in the heart of Nice. Only 50m (150 feet) away from the Sea, Pedestrian Zone, Hotel Negresco. Fully air-conditioned and loaded. Spacious 900 sq feet (~90 sq m) of living area with high ceilings and light, airy rooms. The terrace is good for outdoor homish dining. The apartment is furnished and presented to the very highest standards. Fast access to bus station, train station, places of interest. Would be ideal for a family, or 2 couples. We have just returned from a great stay in Nice and it was this apartment that made our holiday great. As we had never stayed in an apartment before, me did not really know what to expect. But we were very surprised to see how good it could be. The location of the apartment was excellent – beaches, the promenade, even few lovely bakeries within a short walking distance. The rear terrace was a real bonus. It was very useful for drying clothes out on the line, or having breakfast and dinner out on. The facilities inside are excellent too – airy rooms, very clean, good kitchen for cooking, great lounge for relaxing in front of the tv, cozy bedrooms. Booking the apartment was extremely easy. All in all this was a perfect apartment for a perfect holiday and we would have no problem recommending it to any of our family and friends. We hope to be back again too.
