The condo is located in a gated complex 3 miles West of the Las Vegas Strip. Fully equipped Kitchen with washer and dryer. Complex has 6 pools, tennis courts and Fitness center. Located 3 miles from strip and 4 miles from airport. Assigned covered parking. Newly painted and furnished. Cable TV, local phone, and all utilities included. Centrally located with shopping and restaurants nearby. The condo is across the street from the Spanish Trails a gated development of million dollar homes. The area is safe and offers several new shopping areas nearby. The Orleans, Palm, and Rio Casinos are nearby. The Las Vegas Strip is only 3 miles away. The condo is approximately 940 sq/ft with vaulted ceilings. Snow birds welcomed!

The condo is newly painted and furnished. My wife and I are retired and willing to share our vacation home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans. 2 TVs and a DVD player. It is located next to the Spanish Trails housing development. It is in a safe neighborhood and only 3 miles east of the strip. Cross streets would be Tropicana and Rainbow Blvd. All utilities are included and a local phone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and well furnished. We were upgraded to a 2 br so the owner could rent out the 1 br to someone else for a month. It was nice having the swimming pool right outside our door. We were only there for a few days while we attended a wedding. It was nice being away from the crazy in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. It was walking distance to a nice coffee shop and Walgreens.
