This home is located in a very private and peaceful location on a seasonal stream and four acres of pasture land. It is completely surrounded by other pasture and you can hit the nearest mountain with a rock. At night it is so quiet that you can hear and see the brilliant stars move. Completely furnished, decorated, and waiting for you to enjoy! This is a wonderful spot for families and friends to enjoy time together in a home-away-from-home environment. Inside the home there are two rock fireplaces and beautiful maple cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The four bedrooms are spacious enough and comfortable. There are two levels with the large family room being downstairs. You will drink and bathe in pure well water pumped from a deep well near the house. This home is not luxuriant but it is clean and very comfortable. You will wake up looking over a beautiful rural countryside.

Golfing and Skiing: This area has some of themost beautiful Golf courses anywhere. It is also a short drive to the Park City Ski resorts. This is a perfect place to bring a family.

Perfect for our family Christmas

This home is exactly as described - in a quiet rural setting very near to Soldier Mt., Midway and Heber. The kitchen was spacious and worked well for meals for the 9 of us. Plenty of beds and bedding and bathroom space. We enjoyed playing in the snow in the yard (3 feet of it!) and snowshoeing in the nearby hills. We went to a movie in Heber, ate at Tarahumara in Midway and Diary Keen in Heber (fun for kids and young at heart). We had easy access to Orem and Salt Lake City and the airport - all within 25-45 mins. The owner was available to answer a couple of questions and neighbors made sure the driveway was cleared of snow and internet service was up and working. This was a perfect location for us - not fancy, but comfortable.
