Seaview offers private tennis courts, kids playground and pool, basketball courts. House overlooks ocean and bay. Wake up to beautiful views and at night watch beautiful sunsets. This house is diamond condition. A great house to relax and have fun. Also, fishing available. If your child wants to go to camp its available. Why sit in traffic to go to the Hamptons. One hour train ride, hop on a ferry to Seaview and relax. Stones throw to ocean and bay. House has central air conditioning and fireplace.
