OK, start by picturing yourself entering a lush tropical setting in the midst of which is a historic art deco building with inlaid tiles and other period architectural touches. Then you open the front door to my chic modern art deco condominium with new furnishings from Ikea. You walk into my large living room with its fireplace, deco wall sconces and bright, comfortable furniture. Explore further and you'll find two relaxing bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other two twins) accompanied by two deco bathrooms. And to top it off, you will see a large eat in kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook up a gourmet meal or mix that margarita or pina colada. But that's not all. Out in back you have a reserved parking spot which in South Beach is 'gold'. And you are steps away from the famed Lincoln Road with its award-winning restaurants, unique shops, creative art galleries and some of the best people watching spots in all of South Beach.

Nearest Airport: Miami International Airport at 8 Miles

South Beach has activity all year round. Music Festivals; Boat Shows; Art Deco Weekends; Caribbean Celebrations. The wonderful beach is just three blocks from my apartment and Ocean Drive is nearby to just stroll and look at the beautiful people (of which you are one I am sure). If you have a car and want to go to Little Havana or botanical gardens or museums or exhibits, it's all waiting for you. I welcome your questions about specific activities and know there is something wonderful for all ages and genders. Come on down.

Additional information about rental rates

  • I don't charge for cleaning unless extra work has to be done or your stay is 4 nights or less.
  • I know you will find great value in my rates for what you receive. I hate to admit it but sometimes my place is not booked and so I will entertain last minute offers and be flexible then on my rates. Be reasonable and don't low ball me and I will be equally fair in setting up a win-win situation.
  • Cancellation policy is simple. Your deposit takes my apartment off the market and covers any rental loss I would receive if you cancel and once you come, any damage to the premises or the loss of the keys. If you cancel prior to 60 days before you arrive, I will endeavor to rent my place and if I do so, you will have your deposit returned. After I receive your rental payment and you cancel, I of course will attempt to re-book my apartment and I will return your rental payment less any difference in the new rental fee if I am forced to discount the rate.

We stayed in this apartment with family. Location is excellent, close to the beach and Lincoln rd. Quiet, clean, everything in good condition and working. Excellent for a family as well as for friends.
The owner has been super nice with us and we definitely recommend the place.

Everything was great!!!
This place is perfect for a family vacation, for a trip with friends ..... me and my family and friends have a good time. It's relaxing and exciting, very close to the beach and I wanna thank Jack, the owner of this heaven place for having us. thanks a lot! .... Ana from Chicago!
