Me and my husband stayed at the condo last week for our vacation. What a great place!

The view from 41st floor is stunning, and we were able to enjoy it from both bedrooms, as well as the living room / kitchen.

All furnishings are very modern, decorated with style. Tile floors in living room/kitchen and bathrooms, nice carpet in bedrooms. Kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of towels.

It is located 3 min walk from a bus station and Carnival Center and a short taxi ride from Miami Beach. Also, a close ride to Miami airport. A 20-min bike ride across the bridge takes you to Lincoln Rd.

We had a great experience overall, since the property looked just as we expected. The pool downstairs was never crowded (and it was open till midnight), and there are also 4 hot tubs outside. The only problem was parking, since valet is $29 a day. There are a few parking lots and garages within walking distance for $10-$15, but you really don't need a car there.
