This large 5 bedroom house incorporates antique features such as wide plank wood floors and an AGA stove with modern features such as wireless internet access, new stainless steel appliances, a large screen television with DVD and HBO and a large bathtub. The spacious sunroom is an ideal location for family reunions or a corporate retreat. The house is conveniently located next to Oliver’s Red Clay Tennis Courts in Wellfleet with easy access to town, beaches, ponds, bay, harbor, restaurants & galleries. The abundant gardens have been enjoyed and tended for generations, offering a peaceful escape and ample room to join together for a backyard style bbq or a snooze on the hammock. The house comfortably sleeps 10. Beds include 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 2 Twin. This is a pet friendly home, I would be happy to negotiate if you would like to bring your pet along. House meticulously cleaned by owner & professional cleaner each week.

Fresh water ponds are tucked away in the woods, just a short bike ride away. Red clay tennis courts are next door and a 9 hole golf course is located within 3 miles. The splendor and excitement of Provincetown is an easy 20 minute drive with whale watching, fine dining, shopping and entertainment.

This home was wonderful!! We had 2 families staying together with us for our wedding and it is so large that with 10 people and a dog we were never felt cramped. The house was very clean neat and organized. The yard was beautiful and private. I would recommend this home to friends and family. We would stay again!!!

Perfect spot for the wedding weekend

My family and I rented this home for a fall family wedding weekend, and it was the ideal choice for us. Our group of 10 was diverse and included an 86-year-old with a walker and a young couple with a dog. The place accommodated everyone perfectly. This home is charming and spotless, and the bedrooms were all well-situated and offered plenty of privacy. The gardens and the grounds are amazing, and we really enjoyed feeding the chickens!

We were also able to entertain and enjoy the spacious sunroom.

The owner is a pleasure to deal with and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable.

Highly recommended!
