This is absolutely the finest and most beautiful home available for rent in Summit and Eagle Counties. Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, on an unusual, wooded, three acre lot, allowing immediate access to town with privacy and space. The home boasts almost 10,000 square feet of luxury, with every piece of artwork and furnishing hand-chosen to create a masterpiece for the most discriminating traveler. Originally built as a very high-end bed and breakfast lodge, this home has 13 bedrooms, 11 with private baths, and one two bedroom suite sharing a bath. Each room has a TV, VCR, DVD, and a eleven have a private deck or patio. The home has an enormous, fully-equipped, commercial kitchen, pool table, private hot tub with a lighted waterfall, and an elevator to accommodate our disabled or elderly guests. The Lodge also features a lovely, outdoor, rock wedding area for weddings of 50 people or less. For guests that choose the best.

The Little Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge has an unusual location ~ in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, but on three wooded acres allowing privacy and seclusion, but immediate access to everything that the Town of Breckenridge has to offer. The Lodge is located directly across the street from the indoor ice rink and within walking distance of the lifts (for our guests who prefer not to hike the distance in their ski boots, there is a convenient in-town shuttle that runs from this house (the stop is right across the street) to the lifts or all around the town. A local transfer station allows access to the entire county and all of the resorts on the free shuttle.

Notes: The Little Mountain Lodge was originally built as the mountains' finest Bed and Breakfast lodge. As of the end of 2006, this home is being offered as a high-end rental home ~ with the best of everything and the finest artwork and furnishings. The Lodge has a large private outdoor hot tub surrounded by a stream, waterfall, and small pond ~ with views of the Little Mountain and the ski areas. The Lodge has a fabulous commercial kitchen and a grand dining room (there is a second dining room on the first floor of the Lodge) and views from every window. The Lodge has all of the amenities that our corporate group demand, wireless DSL, conference phone, flipcharts, formal and casual meeting areas, and fax machine.

The desctription of the property is very accurate. The property was clean and VERY well maintained and incredibly well funished. There were plenty of towels for everyone and the bathrooms had wall dispensers with shampoo/conditioner and wash lotion. A large laundry room (with multiple machines) makes it easy, especially in the winter) to take care of everyone's clothing.
The professional kitchen is a Chef's dream - with everything + more provided for up to 30 people. We provided a Chef to the group who was very pleased with the kitchen set-up
Rented this property for a corporate group in the fall who had a lot of questions in the weeks before renting it; the property manager Amy was fantastic and went out of her way to help and get back to us immediately...
Our group did not want to rent cars, and with this property, it is not necessary. The quaint town of Breckenridge is within 5 minutes walking distance - a great place to walk, try different restaurants, brewery, etc. and also find local shopping establishments. Right across from the Lodge is an ice skating rink (1 minute walking distance).
I could easily see this property being used for a smaller wedding (up to 30 max.)
