The yard has 30 fruit trees. You may enjoy fresh picked fruit all summer: oranges, grapefruit, lemons, kumquats, apricots, peaches, plums, nectarines and avocados.
Housekeeping service (5 hrs. on Monday and 5 hrs. on Thursday), a weekly Gardner, and pool maintenance service are provided by the owners.
