Tropical Furnished 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Clearwater Condo 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach. Condo has been completely renovated. All new floors, paint, right down to the mouldings and doors. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new dishwasher, over the range microwave, newer glass top range. New tiled backsplash and counter tops with track lighting. New 16 x 16 tile has been installed in all rooms except the bedrooms, where we have installed new carpets. Condo comes complete fully stocked Kitchen. Living room has sofa, love seat & 2 recliners. Master Bed is a full size Bed, Second Bedroom has 2 single beds. 3 TVs and DVD Player. 1 block to the community pool & Tennis Courts. Very Quite peaceful community. Centrally located 15 minutes to the Tampa/St. Pete area attractions. Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access. Disney Attractions within 1hr Drive, Busch Gardens 30 minutes. Refundable Security Deposit required, Background checks & Cleaning fee will apply. On 2nd floor.
