Location! Location! Location! Our condo borders beautiful Scottsdale/Paradise Valley-two of Arizona's prestigious communities. The condo is on the first floor with a beautiful view of Stonebrook Golf Course, Mountains, and the most amazing sunsets.. You will be steps away from 1 of the 5 pools and jacuzzis. Across the street is the Paradise Valley Mall (Dillard's, Macy's etc.) Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Championship Golf courses are minutes from the front gate Orange Tree, Silverado, Camelback, Stone Creek, McCormick Ranch and the TPC.

This was an excellent location for someone who wanted to see the city without spending a lot of money. The property is located in a great area with shopping, restaraunts, grocery store, and a 24 hr Circle K just across the street for emergencies. It was also located conveniently close to public transportation. We spent 3 days site seeing in the Phoenix area then rented a car for 2 days to drive to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

It appears to be mainly a retirement community, so it was always very quiet. The patio was a great place to sit and relax at the end of the day or eat a meal. It provides a great view of the golf course, but also has a large hedge for privacy. The property was EXTREMELY safe! It is a gated community so no one can enter (or even leave) without a key. There is even a channel on the TV where you can watch the gates to see who's coming and going.

ALL ammenties are included. There is a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. We also had free wi-fi. The only thing I might suggest would be a dvd player, but we were able to rent $1 movies from the redbox at Wal-Mart and watch them on our laptop. This was a great location and a great value.

Gayle was fabulous to work with. She kept great communication and even called us one day during our trip to be sure we were enjoying ourselves and everything was up to our standards. The condo was beautifully cleaned with lts of travel sized toiletries for our convenience.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area without breaking the bank.

Gayle was great to work with, the location was wonderful,
the price was great, the property was just beautiful. The condo was a great layout. We were there in March of 2009 and at that time just a little update needed. We had a great time.
Owner's Response: Wendy and Dan were great! We replaced all the faucets and plumbing in the bathroom after they were kind enough to let us know the tub and sinks were not working properly. Thank you Wendy and Dan.

Priced right in Phoenix

When we walked in, the place was immaculate. We could tell that the cleaning crew had just cleaned the condo. The vacuum tracks were fresh all over every carpeted inch. I do not know if it is common practice to change the sheets after each visit, but we could tell the sheets were freshly changed (a fact we greatly appreciate). The laundry room was spic and span. The bathroom was spotless. There were even a couple toiletries included. Gayle had also included postcards for renters to use. There are coupons, area information, and tour brochures in the condo. It is also close to many areas of interests. Golf course view from the unit. You can walk to the pool in less than a minute. Most everything you can think of is included in the rental.
Gayle made our rental process and our stay here stress free.
