This unique beach house has been professionally decorated in keeping with the style of a vacation by the sea. To captivate the views nature created, the living room and fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by large windows, are located on the second floor. While in the main room, you are surrounded by windows on all sides. The ocean, the lights from SeaCow Head Lighthouse and Confederation Bridge surround you.
A large deck with propane BBQ and outdoor dining area are just a step away. A bathroom with shower, as well as a queen size bedroom is also on this floor. The main floor contains; the laundry room, a full bathroom with separate shower and extra large tub, a queen size bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds.
A two level deck is also available for you to enjoy on the ground level.
The location of the beach house is perfect no matter what you plan on doing. The beach, at the front of the property, is accessible by stairs. The beach is always different. At times, it looks tranquil like a lake, other times the crashing sounds of the waves are yours to enjoy. Changes of tides occur every 12 hours. At low tide, you can walk forever before you reach swimming depths.
If you are interested in visiting the popular sights of the Island or playing some golf, everything is within easy reach (Chelton Beach Provincial Park 5 minutes, Summerside 20 minutes, Cavendish 35 minutes & Charlottetown 50 minutes).
Many of the Canada Games activities are held within a 20 minute drive. If Country Music is more your beat. This year the Gentle Island presents The 2009 Cavendish Beach Music Festival (30 minutes away). 'Country's' biggest stars will play in PEI - 20 acts in 3 days. Big name attractions, Tim McGraw, Reba MacEntire, Aaron Lines are but a few.
