Chelsea studio on one of the hottest blocks in NYC on 20th Street and 7th Avenue. Near 4 subway lines and steps away from all the nightlife and restaurants that Chelsea has to offer. Apartment can sleep up to 4 with one full size bed, one full sofa sleeper, 1 twin loft bed and one storage loft for suitcases. Exposed brick, beautiful picture window and high ceilings make it a great place to spend time in Manhattan. Apartment has Flat Screen TV, 200 cable channels, DVD Player and wireless internet. Apartment has full kitchen and private bath. No smoking permitted in the apartment. In general no pets but ask about exceptions to this. Come stay in New York's hottest, trendiest hood.

Extending west of Fifth Avenue from 14th Street to 30th Street, Chelsea is much more a village than it is a typical Manhattan neighborhood. The region has become a haven for artists and trendsetters, who have taken up residence in street after street of fashionable row houses. Originally, the area was one family's estate before it was parceled out for development. Historic Sixth Avenue buildings have been overtaken by internationally renowned stores. Visitors should take a stroll between Ninth and Tenth Avenues and see the Greek Revival architecture. Shops, fitness clubs, and restaurants along Eighth Avenue cater to the region's burgeoning gay community. Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Avenues feature a conglomeration of immigrant history, grocery stores, and one-of-a-kind boutiques.

The studio is conveniently located on Manhattan's West Side between the Times Square theater district, Greenwich Village, the trendy Meat Packing district, Union Square and Wall St. It is very clean and well maintained with all amenities like a high-speed internet connection, flat-screen TV, and plenty of hot water. The owner was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make my stay a memorable one. There are restaurants for every taste just steps away and awesome shopping.
