Wonderful house in a charming location

We had a wonderful time at this charming farm house this summer. The house and location provided everything we needed for a break from the hectic pace of life and work. It was a place that really allowed us to relax and unwind. Throughout our stay, we were never at a loss for something to do - whether it was relaxing on the beautiful back deck or enjoying any number of fun activities.
When you walk in the house, your eyes immediately focus on the expansive back yard and the scenic river below. We immediately stepped onto the large deck to take in this quiet and peaceful view. We couldn't wait to walk through the yard to the water and were glad that we had brought our kayak to use on the river. We spent some fun time paddling around and exploring. My husband also enjoyed some fishing!
The house is modern, beautiful and spacious. Five of us stayed very comfortably there. Our bedroom overlooked the water and it was great to wake up and see this view at first light in the morning. The house has all the modern amenties you need - internet, multiple TVs, and a DVD player to keep the kids happy. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully modernized and functional. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining as the room opens into a great room with a table and sitting area.
While we enjoyed these amenities, we really didn't have time to use them alot because we were either out boating, golfing, walking, or eating at one of the many great restaurants in the area. We would come back at the end of each day happy and tired, ready for bed so we could get up again and enjoy the next day ahead. We would certainly recommend this rental house as one you will certaily enjoy!
