New oceanfront house on the leeward, Caribbean, side. On a 2 acre lot, 110 ft ocean frontage. Swimming, snorkeling, fishing. Large porch, satellite TV, washer dryer, dishwasher, A/C, cabana. Near a commercial fishing village, Tarpum Bay 9 mi, where all types of seafood can be bought. Eleuthera is rated by the Bahamians as the island with the best beaches in the Bahamas. Including Ten Bay Beach. A family island. Very safe. More than any place in the US. People sincerely friendly, and like Americans.
