NEW PHOTOS ARE HERE!!This 1950's-chic home is perfect setting for holiday gatherings or spending quality time with family. The home is located in the near N end of island of Palm Bch, near PBCC, and is decorated in retro chic fashion to complement & highlight its original architectural design. This spacious sun filled home has 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs & 2 bedrooms/1 bath downstairs. The center of the home is a large family room that flows into a sun room which can be partitioned by 2 expansive glass sliders. The sun room, along with much of the 1st floor, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows providing a panoramic view of the covered patio and pool. The private yard is surrounded by hedges for privacy. The bike trail access is at the end of our street & nearest resident beach access is 2 streets north. Please see our reviews.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 11.5 tourist tax covers local and/or state taxes
  • This home is not available for large parties/events. Doing so without the written consent of the owner will be deemed as 'misuse'. Misuse will be determined and interpreted by owner. Any misuse of the property will result in an automatic forfeiture of the full amount of the security deposit. Any damage or excess rent and/or fees will be additional.
  • Reservations are not finalized or confirmed until: 1) full/total amount of rent is received and successfully processed by the corresponding financial institution, and 2) we have received a signed copy of Rental Agreement. A security deposit in the amount of $3000.00 (weekly) or $5,000.00 (monthly) is required for all reservations. This is a smoke free and pet free home. Reservations must be finalized more that 21 days prior to arrival. We do not accept credit cards.

    Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason it must be done in writing. Our policy is as follows:

    You may receive a Partial refund. If the cancellation is more than 45 calendar days prior to arrival date the Partial refund is 75%. If the cancellation is within 45-31 calendar days of your arrival the Partial refund is 50%. Within 30 days there is no refund.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was perfect with all the amenities one could want or need for a trip. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets, bathrooms were great with plenty of towels, kitchen had everything we needed, living space was generous and the outdoor space was great. The house is situated between the bike trail and beach. The beach is right across the street and it is a quite, beautiful beach. The bike trail is endless and perfect for strolling or biking. The owners were easy to work with and very pleasant. We would love to go back soon!

A tropical treat!

Location, location, location...a lovely, very private beach, the wonderful bike trail just at the end of the street-perfect for exercise and sightseeing. A quiet setting with all the amenities we could have wanted, near some of the best shopping in the world. The beautiful home was spotless, the decor definitely sunny, the owners charming. Our family (2 adult sisters, 1 Mom, 1 husband) enjoyed it as the perfect location for a get-together and couldn't decide if it was more fun to head out to sight-see and shop or stay at home and float in the pool soaking up the rays. So many charming details to help make our stay a comfortable one. Our week went much too quickly. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully an annual one!

Great luxury hotel alternative

We have stayed at this property 3 times in the last year and love it! What began as a last-minute alternative when our reserved hotel was unavailable due to construction has turned into a fun filled tradition. While I was leary of booking a property and sending a deposit check to a stranger sight unseen, the transaction was smooth and the house was everything advertised. The owner has always been most accommodating and responsive to any requests. The house is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable for our family of four and has twice accommodated other relatives who have joined us for family get-togethers in the sun. The layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and 2 bedrooms with a shared bath downstairs is ideal for adding friends or relatives without anyone feeling cramped. And unlike hotel rooms -- the price stays the same whether we are filling 2 bedrooms or 4.We all love the pool and the private beach access is just 2 blocks away and we generally enjoy it completely to ourselves. One of our favorite treats is the bike trail which is accessed at the end of the block. Renting bikes in town is simple and the trail makes riding a joy whether with adults or kids of all ages. The location of the house is so convenient to everything in Palm Beach -- from stores to restaurants--yet it retains a quiet, private, residential feel which allows us to enjoy all the Palm Beach fun without the crowds.
