Just down the street from the beach access in Section P of Ocean Sands. The entrance, laundry and carport are on the lower level. The mid level offers a queen master bedroom with TV/DVD, a queen bedroom, two bedrooms with a bunk and single bed in each and a full bath. The top level features a queen bedroom, the living areas with large leather sofa, a half bath and the screened porch. The hot tub is located on the top level deck. Partial ocean views from the top deck. New carpet and bedroom furniture!
