Swaying Palms waterfront vacation home: palm trees, spectacular sunsets, great fishing, coastal breezes, and plenty of room. This is a full two story house (over 1600 sf. living area) with a upper deck of over 350 sf. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen beds, a living/dining area, HD TV Sat., full kitchen and bath. Downstairs one bedroom with queen bed, bath, kitchen/bar area, and living room with big screen TV (digital cable, DVD, and X-box). The décor has been selected to create a tropical look with beautiful cobblestone floors, wicker furniture, fun colors and spacious areas. Like two houses in one, perfect for two families, couples, or just great friends. Located on the main canal with a fantastic view of Copano Bay from your spacious deck. Away from the crowds, yet only minutes to town where you will find the clean and relaxing ‘Blue Wave Certified’ beach, excellent shopping, art galleries, the maritime museum, and lots of exceptional restaurants.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend and that’s what we got! When we arrived the house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The owners answered all of our questions about the area and made sure we had everything needed for a great stay. Since we were by the canal we were able to dock our boat along the house and fish and crab right off the dock. A pier is right around the corner and the town is only 10 mins. away. We would highly recommend Swaying Palms!!

I booked this bay home for my husband's birthday weekend as a 'get away from it all' weekend. IT WAS PERFECT! The owners have taken such good care of the home and the decor was absolutely beautiful...you felt right at home! The canal where the home was located was very peaceful and the breeze blew across the upper deck continuously. We spent the majority of our time on the deck. The town of Rockport, Texas is a great little coastal town. We will be back. The owners were very gracious and courteous during the planning phase and after our stay. I would like to thank them again for making our weekend stay so wonderful!

Wunderbare, ruhige Ferien. Das Meer ist nahegelegen, die Strände sind unendlich lang und es hat viele Pelikane.
Das Haus ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
