This beach front condo is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Port Canaveral cruises, gambling, and deep sea fishing ships, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes due east of Orlando Airport, and less then an hour from the Orlando theme parks (Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World...). This Space Coast location is one of the few places on Florida's coast's where you can stay in beach-front accommodations and not have the traffic congestion and noise that accompanies many Florida locations. The Cape Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida plus world famous surfing, the Pier and Ron Jon's with the excellent views of the cruise ships as they leave Port Canaveral and of the shuttle and rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. My family came in from Arizona, 3 adults with 2 teenagers. This place was the ultimate vacation spot for all of us. The guys played golf at nearby courses. And us girls hung out at the beach. A lot! The condo and its amenities are to numerous to count. But they were very impressionable. Especially the wrap around porch looking out at the ocean. Boy did we all get spoiled with that view.
There are so many places to go within walking distance. Ron Jons is near and the kids loved that. Also, Orlando is a hop skip and jump away. We took a day trip to Sea World and it was great.
There is nothing you can want in this place. It had everything. Even great neighbors. :O) I highly recommend this condo to any family or anyone who wants nothing more than to rest and really enjoy all this place has to offer. I know my mom, sister and I are talking about returning next year.

With the beautiful beaches of the cape, the best waves on the east coast, the beach lilfe with Ron Jon's, Coconuts on the Beach, the pier, the port and cruise boats, the unique diverse eco-life of the Banana River, the proximity to the
theme parks, Kennedy space center, and a middle class economy that lets you eat in some of the best resturants at a resonable price.... And our laid back Florida beach
style condo makes it all paradise found!

The porch is spacious, which is lovely at all times of day and night.
The sound of the surf is magnificent.
We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We really apprecaitated our stay here. The condo was very clean and the view is beautiful. This site is very unique and endearing. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to return again this year. Truly a wonderful condo!
