The Pines at Orehouse, Steamboat Spring's newest luxury condominium, provide our guests with all the comforts of home in a historic mountain setting. The free ski shuttle will pick you up near the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Resort. This brand new 3 bed/3bath condominium (1330 sq ft - 3rd bed is Loft Area) was completed in 2005 and includes a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, large stone fireplace, washer and dryer, 3 TVs, two decks with great mountain views! Located in the Yampa Valley off of State Hwy 40 in Steamboat Colorado, this rental home is within one mile of the Steamboat Ski Resort! Skiing, snow shoeing, Snowmobiling and shopping right out the door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the Yampa, and horseback riding are a stones throw away!

We had a wonderful time while staying in Steamboat Springs at this condo over the 4th of July. The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 teenage girls). The hot tub was nice and convenient to the unit. Parking was always available and it was a nice, quiet complex. We loved being able to grill out on the deck and appreciated all the kitchen gadgets that were available to us. Having the grocery store so close was very convenient and we were also able to walk down and rent bikes. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip to Steamboat Springs!!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Five skiers rested comfortably in the orehouse
The communial hotub wasnot advertised but was a nice bonus with rarley anyone using it.
The shuttle is efficient but crowded.
