On the outside, you have 5 acres of private property in Old Timberline, a gated community, that backs to National Wildlife preserves. You have a giant yard for kids surrounded by exciting woods for exploring. This street backs onto National Wildlife trails. Within 5 minutes is downhill skiing at Timberline, trails, creeks, fishing, horseback riding. In the nearby towns are antique shops, a local brewery, live music and great food. Home features a 7 person hot tub, S&F mattresses, giant master bath with separate large tub and shower, luxury bedding, and an immaculate large kitchen. Kid proof environment, separate family room with TV and videos, 3 car garage insulated garage for playing year round.

This place is absolutely great for both adults and kids and is completely childproof with many amenities for kids including 2 trikes, 2 kids bikes, baby backpack, portocrib, highchair, kids cups, utensils and plates, no dangers in the vicinity, dead end road, no ponds on the property. Hot tub is covered. Giant yard is surrounded by woods and trees. Three car garage is insulated - not heated, but not too cold.

Great vacation spot!

This property was very spacious, clean, well-maintained. The view was beautiful and the location was quiet. We stayed with 4 teenagers and had an awesome time. The hot tub was a definite plus. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the location was great! i would definitely recommend this house to friends. We had fun taking advantage of hiking in the area, white water rafting and horseback riding. We had a great vacation!

My stay in Timberline

Where to begin, the house is absolutely perfect. I stayed with a group of 7 friends and everyone fit wonderfully.

The house has a wonderful lay out that provides plenty of room for everyone to congregate together as well as plenty of room to spread out. The master bathroom was so wonderful, it made me sad to leave! The house was so clean and all of the furniture was beautiful.

The view of the slopes from the front yard at the end of the day was priceless. And let me say that waking up to see deer frolicking around outside the bedroom window is how I would like every day to start from now on.

There was a huge yard and a fabulous hot tub in the back yard that was so perfect after a long day.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you would need to make any type of meal, from day to day items, to servers for more formal dining.

After this trip we decided that we need to come back here every year. The skiing, ice skating and the spa just down the road were amazing.

Our group decided that this would have to be an annual event after how much fun we had. I would recommend this place to anyone.
