Mesa holiday house

We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it on the internet, and my husband and I were not disappointed! Our only regret is that we did not plan a longer stay!

This lovely home is in a safe neighborhood, where we did lots of walking, and it is close to shopping and the expressway. The (regular) weekend Mesa Market Place Swap Meet on Baseline Road, just minutes away, was a unique and interesting experience for us.

We also thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the national Hall of Flame Museum of Firefighting in Phoenix. This is the world's largest display of vintage fire trucks and equipment. The Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden were right down the road from there, for anyone who wants to make an interesting, varied day trip into Phoenix.

However, we did limit our shopping and touring. It was just so nice to stay "home" and enjoy the comfortable setting of this house, with its very entertaining and sunny back yard, where we "lived" most of the time!

Just as you see in the accurate photos, there are palm trees for shade, a soothing waterfall, a private, welcoming pool with a relaxing hot tub for daytime & evening enjoyment, an impressive BBQ set into a beautifully tiled counter& bar, and a fire pit to enjoy at night. What a beautifully planned & landscaped yard! (Great job of that pool, Brian!)

Then there's the patio's comfy wooden furniture and outdoor TV set-up, where my husband was pleased to be able to watch the Superbowl! I watched much of the game from the pool, where I spent the major part of my daily outdoor time! That outdoor patio was also where we thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee.

The interior and exterior of the house was so clean and well maintained and the creative touches of southwestern interior decor was a real feast for the eyes!

The business transaction end of things went very smoothly, which we truly appreciated for our first experience with a vacation rental home. I could go on and on about what a great alternative holiday experience this was for my husband and I, and I'd recommend it to everyone!

This house is everything it appears to be in the pictures. The house is great size and has everything you need. The locations is close to everything and there is even a new movie theater about 2 miles. The owners are great and very accommodating. The pool is incredible and you can spend alot of time just hanging out there. The waterfall is so nice and there are not very many like that around. I have rented 5 times and this is the best in every aspect.

This home was more than we hoped for. Having never rented a home before we were more than surprised at how comfortable we were from the moment we arrived until we left.The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless, very roomy and the landscaping and pool area is breathtaking. Our famly of four..including two in their 20's...enjoyed every minute. The location is ideal for sightseeing, eating out or shopping. Time was also spent at the house enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. We recommend this home to everyone. You will not be disappointed. The owners go out of their way to make sure your holiday is perfect! Thanks Brian
