Welcome to Marco Island Southwest Florida. Discover the serenity of sitting by a pool, cocktail in hand, overlooking a peaceful water view and a stones throw away from beautiful white sandy beaches, golfing, wildlife, watersports, shell hunting and fabulous restaurants.....this is certainly a vacation to remember! Boat docks are available with only 5 minutes into the Gulf of Mexico. Alternatively, fishing charters and boat rentals are minutes around the corner from the complex. This one bedroom/one bathroom condo sleeps four people with a king sized bed and a king sized sleeper sofa in the sitting room. Newly appointed, the furnishing are of high quality with every need accounted for. This is peaceful paradise!!!!

We were not disappointed with our rental of this condo; it was exceptionally clean and everything was in perfect working order. The pool was handy and the water (pictured) was beautiful. The only addition I would have liked would have been a few large umbrellas around the pool but this is a minor concern. We'd rent again and certainly recommend to friends. The beach was only a very short drive away.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
