Other nearby attractions include the Planetarium and Science Museum. The neighborhood is known for its restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops/tea houses & hip boutiques and shopping. Location, location,location!!!!!
We stayed there for the hole week. The place is just perfect. It's very clean,has all the stuff you need(hairdryer,iron,even the shampoo and etc.),close to the beach, main restaurants and all the shopping. The lady,who rented the apartment ( Soleil), was very friendly, very attentive to all our needs.(Example: We came with the baby and I didn't inform her in advance.The first thing we asked her for, was a crib. She reacted fast- we had it after couple hours.)
It made our vacation absolutely fantastic!!!

very clean place. The 1st room from the entrance is bit loud if the weekend is busy outside. The bed in the first room is not comfortable at all. The other room bed is very comfy. It's close to everythig and walking distance to the beach. All the shopping was just down the street or you can say across the street. No direct view from the condo unless you walk outside the condo. Overall it we had a great time staying at the location and loved the fact that everything was near by.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

I stayed at this condo June of 2008. This place was in the perfect location, just a half a block away from the beach. This condo was VERY CLEAN and comfy. I will definitely stay here everytime I visit South Beach. Special Thanks to Soleil (owner of the condo)!!!!!!

The place was awesome very clean and modern. We were just a short walk to the beach and nightclubs. Great price less than a hotel room. Would definitrely stay ther again and recommend it to my friends

The location is great!! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and clubs.

The condo was clean and simply furnished. With only a sofa in the living room, one of the four of us was left to sit on a dining chair while reading or watching TV. The internet didn't work. Nonetheless, the location made up for the few shortcomings and we had a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
