The house manager will act as your concierge. He can arrange airport pick up, private chef, stocked refrigerator upon arrival, catered meals, car rental, chartered plane, etc. These amenities are made through the manager either before or during your stay, and costs of such amenities are made directly to him. He can also recommend the best restaurants, tours, etc.
Although a 3 level house with lots of privacy for all, the lower bedroom only requires one step to enter, and you find yourself on the same level as the pool, living room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor fireplace area. There is a ramp leading from the driveway right to this bedroom, then one step to enter, and one small step to pool area from the sliding glass doors which give a spectacular view of the pool, ocean and the jungle. This is great for anyone who may have some sort of handicap.

A tour not to miss is Canopy Safari, which has the best all day tour swinging through the jungle on cables. (It is the biggest and the safest with it being one of only two canopy companies in all of Costa Rica, whose safety is approved by ICT, Costa Rica Tourism chamber.) If you like adventure don't miss it, and you really do not need to be that athletic. More adventuresome may try the Ocean Jet Ski tour which explores the ocean marine life, above an below the ocean. Children accompanied by adults I believe go free. Deep Sea Fishing is suppose to be the best in the world. So if you are there during the season, do not miss out on this adventure. Tours will pick you up right at your front door.
