Our luxury villa is ideally suited to families with its twin master suites - both are identically sized and have the same facilities, including king-size beds. Both overlook the swimming pool and have patio doors giving access to the pool & spa area. FREE local & international telephone calls are provide as well as FREE high speed Internet access through a PC for you to use. There are two further twin bedrooms and a sofa bed. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. You will also find a PS2, DVD & video player, CD player and a selection of board games to keep you amused when not busy in the theme parks. The villa is located a few minutes from exit 58 off I4, giving easy access to all the local attractions. There is a good supermarket and a selection of restaurants and take-aways within a few minutes drive. The villa is located within a gated community with a children's playground, tennis court and communal swimming pool.

Our villa is situated a few minutes from exit 58 of I4 giving easy access to all the major theme parks and shopping outlets. Within a 5 minute drive you will find a Publix supermarket and a few restaurants and a selection of takeaways. Champions Gate resort and golf courses as well as Reunion are within a few minutes drive. The villa is located in the West Haven development. It is a gated community with just 59 properties, so it is very peaceful yet close to all the local amenities.

A beautiful villa with all the comforts of home!
A large private pool & spa to relax in and 4 large spacious bedrooms with TVs.
We have stayed several times at this villa & always come back.
It is very handy for Disney- 15 mins by car but situated on a quite gated community with tennis court & children's play ground.
Very clean and with ample bedding & towels & owner has supplied a pc for guest's use- great for finding out details of park openning times & downloading photos!
Loads of restaurants nearby & Walmart about 10 mins away with a local Publix about 5 mins drive.
Fat food outlets- McDonalds, Subway etc at local complex along with Publix.
Would highly recomend to all !!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
