This gated private house features hand crafted hard wood floors, hand crafted wood cabinets, a Jacuzzi tub for two in the Master bath, a fish pond, wood burning fire place and an iron oil burning stove/heater in the large living room. It is built so well, and with so much hard wood you can't hear the wind or rain. The property is located on two flat acres of grass lawn 600 yards from Bandon State Beach at the South end of Beach Loop Road. This is approximately a ten minute drive to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, a five minute drive to Bandon by the Sea, Oldtown. We are surrounded by 70 Foot High Lodge Pole Pines, Cedar and Fir trees (Not Neighbors)! This is very private, very secluded and has three TVs (2 with DVRs) with Satellite. Internet access is still dial-up, with Broadband scheduled for fall of 2008. Bring your soap, shampoo, beach towels... we have the rest. No kids under 8 years because of the Koy fish pond. No Pets.

Our house is surrounded by 70 foot high lodge pole pine trees, Cedar and Fir trees, a very short walking distance to the Beach, and Restaurants like Bandon Bill's Grill and Lord Bennett's. It is a ten minute drive to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Just five minutes walk to restaurants in the Loop, or five minutes drive to Bandon Oldtown Restaurants. Very close to Bullard's Beach State Park, the Coquille River, mountain biking, kayaking and hiking. This is a very private, and secluded property with the best of leather furniture, three TVs, a fish pond and lots of room.

It was built with Oregon Hardwood floors and is located very close to the entrance to Bandon State Beach China Creek entrance but is protected from the winds by large trees on three sides. The property faces South and is very quiet. There is plenty of room for a foursome and more. Store your gear in the attached garage. The pond is visible from the kitchen. The kitchen is all stainless and offers the best appliances! No children under 5 years because of the fish pond. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Gated entry with wrought iron gates and cedar fencing. Go to the Sea Lion Cave 80 miles North, or the Wildlife Park ten minutes away. Visit Coos Bay and the Dunes. The Mill Casino Gaming is twenty minutes away in Coos Bay. Gold Beach is 53 miles South.

Only a ten minute drive to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort...Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes and Bandon Trails. Easy to store your gear at the house or the resort. Bring your rain gear and wet gloves, this is Oregon!
