Broadband wireless Internet, bring laptop for poolside surfing; laptop size safe. Fully-equipped kitchen, includes full-size refrigerator, oven & stove top, microwave, blender, coffeemaker. TV & DVD player. Alarm with motion detectors. Quality linens from U.S. Maid service twice/weekly, discount for monthly rentals. Nosara has been spared the uncontrolled development of Tamarindo, Coco and Flamingo and the 4 mile beach is federally protected and completely unspoiled!

Our house is located a 7 minute walk to Guiones Beach, one of the beaches of Nosara. From Nicoya, drive toward Samara, and turn right just past the gas station, onto the unpaved road. We are located between the Nosara Yoga Institute and the beach, a 7 minute walk either way. We live full time next door for easy key pickup and to ensure that your stay is enjoyable!

This house is unbeatable if you want an easy walk to Guiones beach or to daily yoga classes at Nosara Yoga Institute and high speed wireless internet access.! This house has a very private pool and plenty of garden and trees for ideal monkey watching. Located in the middle of the quiet residential K section of the American Project. The owner lives two doors down for easy check-in and assistance.
