Enjoy the community beyond the beach.
In addition to golf, it is a boaters' paradise, with many marinas and ramps nearby. The Intracoastal Waterway is wide and beautiful at Melbourne.
Our neighborhood has a new library next to the gourmet grocery. There are many churches and cultural events nearby. Enjoy theater and musical events (see King Center for Performing Arts). We have a Publix supermarket, a video store, hair and nail salons and shopping for everything nearby.
If you do not want to prepare all your meals in our very well-equipped kitchen, you can select dining at any level right in the neighborhood, from The Friendly Toast for breakfast, to many fine dining restaurants, or even our favorite Bazarros NY Pizza.

Deco Condo:
We designed this condo to be a very comfortable and pleasant place to relax and enjoy. This is not a typical 'rental unit', but one that has been carefully furnished down to the last detail. We have found that all our renters have appreciated this. We travel to elegant places and have brought back some of the best ideas of hospitality to use in this place, that will one day be our home.
A unique feature of Deco Condo is the West Balcony. This is a private space, used only by our guests. We built in a dining bar and had tall chairs made (very comfortable) so that you can enjoy the sunset over the river and perhaps a glass of wine, and then use the grill to cook your dinner right there. It is steps from the kitchen.
Deco Condo occupies half of the 4th floor in a building that only has 7 units. It is private and quiet. The views are spectacular from all rooms except the Guest Bedroom.
The Beach:
The Beach is just steps away from the condo. The garage for this unit is right by the private cross-over bridge. If you want to take chairs, towel or a pop-up cabana to the beach, you do not have to bring it downstairs with you. You can keep all your beach supplies right by the beach.
There are parts of the beaches of the Space Coast that have a rocky bottom. We are not on that part. Our beach is recognized for its beautiful sandy bottom.
In the summer, you can watch sea turtles lay their eggs in the dunes and see the babies walk to the water after they hatch.
The view is perfect to see launches. Check the NASA website for dates. There are many launches other than Space Shuttle.
