Fantastic Ski House! The living room, dining area and kitchen are all in one open area which is great for a large family/group - and all within 1 mile of the access Rd. There is a brick fireplace in the LR and beautiful french doors that overlook the Vt forest preserve. Our beautiful deck has a large outdoor hot tub (maint. incl). Trails in forest lead to pond which is great for cross country skiing, snowshoeing or you can borrow our canoe in the spring & summer, too. There are 5 bedrooms with all new comforters and three full baths with an oversized hot water heater - you'll never run out of hot water. The living area has a 42' flat panel HD TV (Aug 08) with cable, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD player, a movie library. The game room has a full-size Centipede arcade game, foosball table, darts, more. House has a great mud room downstairs and a full-size washer/dryer.

House is one mile from Killington Access Road (one mile from the corner of Route 100 and Route 4 - Bills Country Store). You are right near all the action of Killington' s restaurants and bars and slopes, and surrounded by the beauty of Vermont. You can also catch the Killington shuttle bus at the bottom of our street, if you don't want to drive to the slopes or bars and restaurants. The property borders protected forest land which you can hike through to access Kent Pond (it is larger than you think). If there is going to be snow anywhere on the east coast, Killington will have the most!!!

I loved our stay. The house has a warm, welcoming feel with all the amenities of home. The fireplace is fantastic and i love the open plan Kitchen, Dinning Room and Living Room for socialising. The house is great for kids with lots to do in the gameroom in the basement and the wooded property. The owner is friendly and very accomodating with our numerous queries while planning the trip. We enjoyed hiking, swimming in the lake and sightseeing in the beautiful villages in the area. We will definitely be back!

A few of us stayed in this house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It's spacious and very comfortable. It's clean, modern and has all of the comforts and feel of someone's home. The location is nice also, on a quiet street surrounded by trees. You don't notice any neighbors, and it feels like you're out in the woods. And it's near restaurants and skiing, too! We'll definitely return.

The house was comfortable and family-friendly with plenty of room. Great hot tub on the back deck. Beautiful property with an easy ride up to Killington. We got a lot of snow, but the driveway was always plowed in the morning; and the space on the ground level was great for leaving all the ski gear. No problems with water or heat.
