A Modern comfortably appointed home. The location is great in central Palm Springs, convenient to everything the desert has to offer. Great Getaway

This rental was everything we hoped it would be and more. Modern decor with a spectacular pool and open layout. The three bedrooms were nicely appointed and the bathrooms were awesome. The body sprays in the guest bathroom made you want to stay all day... Bring some music and lounge outside all day listening to the poolside speakers while firing up the grill for dinner.

The owner was prompt in providing us with all the information we needed to have a wonderful stay. We'd definitely stay here again and have already recommended the property to friends!!

Peaceful and Relaxing

The property owner was very prompt at responding to any questions we had. The house was just as described and was as modern and charming as it is in the photos. The lighting was great and really added to the ambiance of the home. The property manager was very polite and accommodating. We had a small plumbing issue and it was quickly and professionally resolved. The kitchen and outside barbeque, and inside and outside dining areas were awesome. The back glass wall overlooking the pool excellently maximized the ability to enjoy the private pool whether you were inside or outside the house. The pool and spa were perfect. The outside sitting area was great for reading, the pool chairs were great for lounging and the pool was the right temperature for sunbathing and naps. The landscaping was ideal and added to the seclusion of the backyard. The house is 1 minute from a small mall/grocery store, and 5 minutes from downtown palm springs. It was the perfect getaway for our family that loves to just relax in the sun. I would recommend this property to anyone that asked.

Very comfortable house

My wifw and i stayed for almost a month with 3 kids and found a very comfortable house to be in. The location is close enough to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. The house perfectly matched it's description and was practical to use, without all those luxury utilities that make parents unralexed. Owner and manager are very practical and useful. Recommended for every family who enjoys beeing together, away from it all and under kids limitations.

Perfect stay, Perfect House, Perfect Service

The entire experience was perfect, before the trip everything went smooth, contract, transfers feedback accurate and pleasant. Upon arrival everything was well organized and the reception was excellent, including nice fruit basket. The house was clean, the pool was perfect, the location is very convenient, close to all the nice things to do in Inian Wells and Palm Springs. Evrything worked well and the views from the sofa next to the pool are just super. Strongly recommend this for couple with 2 kids. Only minor concern is the noise level of the street behind the house.
