This beautiful, totally renovated, designer decorated vacation or corporate condo was rented for the first time Christmas of 06. It is a Ground Floor unit located in a gated community, which is part of the Crime Free program in Mesa. Great Location!! It is immaculately clean, with a lot of personal and convenience items. You will easily feel at home. There is a dining table for six, a King and a Queen bed, two High Definition TVs, a lot of videos to watch, computer, free Internet, and a printer/copier. You will find a heated pool with jacuzzi, tennis and racquetball courts and many barbeque grills. Comments from Guests of our 3rd floor condo: 'This condo is much more than I ever expected. Visit the Pioneer Living Museum, Old Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix zoo, Goldfield ghost town, Wild Life Park, Rawhide Western Town, Rockin’ R Ranch Western, Tortilla Flat Stage coach, Golfland & Sunsplash, art centers, IMAX, casinos and various museums. It is only a short drive into the Apache Trail, the Superstition Mountains and the Canyon Lake where speedboat, kayak, pontoon boat rentals and ‘Steamboat Dolly’ rides are available. The California Coast; Las Vegas; Rocky Point, Mexico; the majestic Grand Canyon; beautiful Sedona; and Meteor Crater are only a few hours away. Great Location!! We are 0.1 miles from I-60 and very close to 101 and 202 through which you can reach many attractions in the Valley of the Sun. We are 16.8 miles from Sky Harbor airport; 0.4 miles from Golf-Land, and near many of the area's top golf courses; only a couple of miles from the Chicago Cubs & Angels training camp. Arizona State University is only 15 minutes away where Sun Devils Stadium is hosting ASU Football. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Superstition Mountains and Canyon Lake where speed boat, kayak, and pontoon boat rentals and ‘Steamboat Dolly’ rides are available. Come and enjoy the sunshine state at its finest!

Our rates are a FLAT FEE, no taxes, no mandatory cleaning fees! The booking/security fee is REFUNDED on the DEPARTURE day, if you leave the condo clean and there are no damages.

We had a great experience here! Vicki is incredibly accommodating and the condo was just right.

The two bedrooms with big beds, two bathrooms and two high-definition TVs make this ideal for two couples.

The condo is cozy and has more kitchen appliances than most houses! The brand new washer and dryer and other features make it easy to feel like you're at home the instant you walk in the door.

There is a jacuzi, two shared pools, squash and tennis court within the complex.

The location is great - walking distance to good restaurants, bus stop near by, SuperWalmart and grocery store within a five minute drive, and only a $35 cab ride from the airport. It is also very close to Gilbert and Chandler.

Vicki is great and we had no problems with payment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you need a convenient, reliable location in the east Phoenix metro area, this is for you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo the week of Nov. 11 to Nov. 17, 2008. It was a perfect solution for housing while we were visiting family. The accommodations are excellant, clean rooms, well supplied kitchen, lots of other perks. We will keep this on the list for the next time we visit the area.

We had the occasion to be in the Phoenix area the first week of November. My wife and I were traveling with another couple. In searching for places to stay, I found Vicki and her lovely condo. What a great surprise when we arrived; Vicki is a very nice, accomodating lady and the condo. was terrific. It was beautifully decorated in Southwest decor, and was perfect for our two couples. Vicki was great to deal with and everything was exactly as represented. We will definitely return in the future.

We stayed a week at this property and were delighted with the accommodations. It was close to lots of activities and the highway system. It was quiet and peaceful and the decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the time there and definitely would rent again next time we visit the area. Vicki was extremely cordial and helpful. It was our first vacation rental and she helped make it a great experience.
