• Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency.
• Cleaning fees: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
  Security Deposits: A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is taken by the owner in the case of unauthorized late check-out, missing keys ($50 each), cancellation fees, renter incurred expenses i.e., damage to rental townhouse, club house or common areas, and for extraordinary cleaning requirements caused by anyone in your party and guests. This is not an all inclusive list and other reasonable reasons for charges exist. The $500 deposit will be fully refunded by mail within 14 days of tenant vacating, the amount refunded is dependent upon the condition of the unit when owner inspects and takes inventory of personal property.
• Total Deposits: The security deposit, cleaning fee, and total rental amount is due and payable prior to your arrival. Exactly half of this sum is due 60 days before your arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. (Example: $500 security deposit + $100 cleaning fee + 2,000 monthly rent = $2,600 total. $1,300 due 60 days prior to your arrival and $1,300 due 30 days prior to your arrival). Please note, if you are booking within less than 30 Days of your arrival, your entire payment is due when you send the signed lease, this amount will include security deposit and cleaning charge.
  
  Cancellation: Deposit money will not be refunded, except for $500 refundable security deposit, unless a written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the beginning of rental contract or if unit is re-booked, remainder of the money will be refunded.
