The apartment San Niccolo' is situated on the ground-floor of an antique aristocratic building, the Pecori-Giraldi Palace, that dates back to the 16th century. This lovely apartment has been recently restored in the full respect of the best Tuscan tradition: brick-tile floors, raftered ceilings and large, thick walls characterise its interior. It is made up of a wide open space with a loft king-size bed, a spacious living-room furnished with convertible beds, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the left side of the Arno, in the medieval area of San Niccolò, that stretches from Ponte San Niccolò and Ponte alle Grazie, just below the hill where Michelangelo Square and San Miniato lie. Although located at a walking distance from Ponte Vecchio, Ponte alle Grazie, Santa Croce, and all the major points of interest of Florence, this apartment is a perfect hideaway immersed in a peaceful atmosphere.

    Should the owner of the property cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit will be fully reimbursed.

We spent 6 wonderful days in this very well located apt. which allowed us to walk easily to every interesting site. We all enjoyed the big areas this apt has and the drawers, and all kinds of storage space. My 2 teenagers had their own separate beds which made it very comfortable for everyone. We went during a very hot summer and the apt. always felt fresh, which was a wonderful gift, even though it is quite dark and humid. The only thing we didn't like was the tiny shower, a big person will find it difficult to use. We would also be glad to come back to this place and recommend it to our friends because of Carlo, who was very helpful in every way and all the time, he made us feel at home and gave us so many "extras" that made our experience in Florence a great one.
