Orlando is approximately 90 minutes from the cottage, Tampa is a 30-minute drive which includes hot spot Ybor City and the Hardrock Casino. The newly renovated Downtown St. Petersburg is only 20 minutes away. There are sereveral professional SPORTS teams -Tampa Bay Bucaneers Football, American League Tampa Bay Rays Baseball team and Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey team. There is a beach trolley that runs from Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille every 20-30 minutes.
