Are you looking for something classy, yet comfortable? Do you appreciate a warm, inviting environment with all the conveniences of home? Then look no further than our spacious, ground-floor condominium just two miles east of downtown Palm Springs in the Palm Villas complex. You will enjoy having sun-dappled breakfasts on our private patio overlooking the large community swimming pool and spa. Lots of palm trees and landscaping create an inviting setting. In the evening, enjoy magnificent sunsets over the mountains from both bedrooms. A private, fenced patio off the second bedroom offers a quiet place to read or relax. Our furniture and appliances are newer and in excellent condition. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed. The bed in the second bedroom is a comfortable, pull-down Murphy bed--during the daytime, just close it up and the room becomes a cozy den for watching TV or DVD movies from side-by-side theater-style recliners. ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD.

Lovingly restored in 2004: : We bought this condo in Aug. 2004 and turned it that fall into a real gem. We replaced all the doors and woodwork, painted all the walls, replaced the bedroom carpeting (all other rooms have tile floors), replaced all the furniture with quality items, added several pieces of tasteful artwork and mood lighting, and replaced the dishwasher and clothes washer & dryer. We added a Murphy bed and shelves to the second bedroom so that it would serve as a comfy den when not needed as a bedroom. Plush dual recliners in that room allow you to watch videos or DVDs or TV or listen to music with your feet up and a drink perched in the handy built-in cup holders. All in all, this is a very comfortable place with many classy touches and that's easy on the eyes. It's a joy to spend a few weeks or months here in any season. We invite you to give us a try! We think you'll be back.

Perfect For Women Travelling Alone

This condo was perfect! Very clean, stylish and private.Wonderful patio to sit on and watch the sunrise and only steps to the pool which is large and warm. The condo and the complex were very secure, but there were lots of people to talk to when you wanted.

It's in a great location for driving to get groceries and there are carts available to unload into and bring your groceries to the door. If you want to shop for clothes, all the best places are easy to drive to. I couldn't have had a better holiday and had to go out and buy an extra suitcase.

Having never travelled on my own before, the owners Dick and Dave were very patient and tutored me through the whole booking process. I can't wait to go back. This place is great for women of all ages who want to relax, swim, shop and get some peace and quiet. If you do want to go out, there are great restaurants and clubs downtown, which are also easy to get to.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dick and Daves condo, because you wonder until you get there if it is going to be a great place. Well, it was and is!

The Perfect Vacation Home

This immaculate condo is situated close to all amenities in an extremely well-maintained and quiet gated complex. The neighbourhood is very safe and we enjoyed walking and running throughout this area, feeling at ease both during the day and night. Our landlords, Dave and Dick, as well as complex residents, were very friendly and helpful.

The condo, which has recently been renovated and freshly painted, is very tastefully decorated and is well stocked with linens, cooking utensils, and dishes. The beds and furniture are comfortable. All appliances and electronic equipment are relatively new and very functional. All rooms, including the bathrooms are very spacious and the large kitchen allows two "cooks" to enjoy the space together.

We thoroughly enjoyed the morning sun on the patio as well as the fact that this unit is in a low traffic area in the complex. When our toddler grandson visited, the proximity of the pool was an added bonus. We also appreciated the covered parking facility, free long-distance calling to Canada, high-speed internet access, and the computer printer.

We really can't put into words how great this condo is -- we were extremely proud to show it to friends and family who visited us during our month-long stay in Palm Springs. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for first-class accommodation in Palm Springs -- we plan to rent it again!

My Stay in Palm Springs

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The decor was exceptional. Some people that came to see us said it was like pages out of "Better Homes and Gardens" We enjoyed eating breakfast daily on the patio, and enjoyed using the kitchen. Everything was very neat and clean and well arranged. All appliances and electronic equipment were working well. We appreciated the telephone service. The beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and swiimming pool excellent.

We would be happy to rent from you again.

Top class Condo

Our first visit to Palm Springs was a joy. This Condo is perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped, couldn't want for anything more. Beautiful decor and furniture and very comfortable beds. The heated pool and spa was just outside our door. We felt very safe and secure and everyone was very friendly. We were very well taken care of by our landlords Dave & Dick who were on hand to welcome us and get us orientated. It was also very nice of them to have wine and food for us on our arrival as we were very tired after a long flight. We just had to unpack our suitcases, relax and enjoy. Its perfect for guests without cars as grocery store, library, church, golf etc are within half mile walk,and bus stop is outside the gate. We enjoyed every minute of our 6 week stay and will be back again in the future. We very highly recommend this Condo.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

Looking for a SPECIAL place to spend a vacation? Look no further than this condo because you HAVE found it! Spotless, stylishly decorated with comfortable furnishings, lovely art work and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, Dave and Dick are the best landlords you could find; genuinely nice guys who care about their tenants. They will do whatever they can to make your stay worry free and relaxing. Great patios, views, pool, spa and very friendly neighbors. Centrally located, lots of restaurants and activities nearby. We are nearing the end of our 5 month stay and will be back next winter. I know it will feel like coming home
