Great for a family vacation, golf trips with the guys, or a getaway for mom and her friends. House sits on the 13th Fairway of the acclaimed Ben Crenshaw designed golf course which has been named as the 'Best Residential Golf Course in America' in 2005 by Golfweek Magazine along with a Top 15 ranking for the fifth consecutive year in its 'Best 100 Modern Courses in America' list. Golf Magazine has also rated Cuscowilla in the 'Best Course in America' list once again in 2005. One hour from Augusta National Golf Course. Green fees reduced price at Cuscowilla Golf Club In addition to golf, there is a restaurant and bar, two tennis courts, fitness center, two swimming pools, kids play area, private boat docks and private pavilion for entertaining. Also, visit nearby Madison, Georgia, a beautiful antebellum town filled with wonderful shops and restaurants. Athens and UGA are only 45 minutes away

House is professionally decorated with a great room with a fireplace, large kitchen and dining area, spacious bedrooms, master bedroom has a king, two upstairs guest rooms have queen and the other guest room has two twin beds, there is also bonus room upstairs for additional sleeping, or den for the kids. Beautiful screened in porch to drink your morning coffee, or enjoy an evening cocktail at the end of the day.

We had a great time at your place - it is beautiful! It was a perfect set-up and get-away for our family. The boys enjoyed golf and I enjoyed reading on the screeened porch and shoppin in the the little town. We will definitly plan another visit to your place.
