The location of this lovely unit is in upscale Punta Gorda Isles, directly on the Peace river with beautiful panoramic views of the River and Charlotte Harbor. It is inside a secure 7 story building and on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. One private parking spot is under the building and guest parking is available in the parking lot. The pool and sun decks are located on the 7th floor and offer a magnificent view of the entire town and waterways. The sunsets are most spectacular from this viewpoint. This condo unit has been totally remodeled and has approximately 1000 square feet of living space.

This unit is all about the view and convenient location. You can have great views from the unit balcony or from the two decks on the top floor. The pool is heated and Fisherman's Village is a 10-minute walk. The unit is well equipped for a comfortable stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
