Located in an historic district of Narragansett, Rhode Island, about one mile from white sand of Narragansett Town Beach, converted carriage house is Cape styled with 5 large bedrooms, 2 baths and wrap-around porch. The kitchen, French-door Dining room and glass-walled living room all face the Atlantic Ocean. Living room has hardwood floors and huge stone fireplace. Den has LCD TV and DVD. Appliances include washer/dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. One large bedroom downstairs with adjoining full bathroom. Four large bedrooms on second floor with updated bathroom. Outdoor hot water shower. Located about 300 ft from the ocean, breezes prevail all summer. Two State beaches within 2 miles of home. Some passes available for Town Beach. House has 2500+ square feet and two car garage. Situated at 364 Ocean Road, conveniently located to all amenities in town: Post Office, Market, restaurants, library, tennis courts, golf courses. Winter rent: $2000/month plus utilities
