Our Condo is securely located on the third floor. Convenient reserved parking in attached garage. Summer vacationers will appreciate the central air conditioning - an unusual feature in Park City Condos. We recently installed a water purification and water softening system for our condo only for pure delicious water at every tap. No bottled water needed. You have access to 2 large hot tubs. Our community outdoor hot tub is steps away. In addition, just a short walk away is the Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse which has a community pool, another hot tub, exercise room, fireplace, a computer with high speed Internet access, and locker-rooms.

Also close by is the huge Tanger Outlet Mall where you will find bargains in name brand sportswear, shoes, gifts, etc.
