Beautiful 1 bedroom studio condo directly on the gulf of Mexico across from shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor, boat rentals, tour boats and executive golf course. Large swimming pool. One half mile to unique movie theater that also serves food, beer and wine. One mile to grocery store. One and a half miles to Lovers Key State Park, listed as one of the top ten beaches in Florida according to the Travel Channel, near Sanibel and Captiva Islands, close to Bonita Beach and Naples to the south and Fort Myers and Cape Coral to the north. Just bring your swimming suit and your toothbrush, everything else is included. Small pets up to 20 pounds are OK. Beautiful views of Fort Myers Beach and Estero Bay. Trolley service up and down the beach, just off the property, free during winter season and only 25 cents the rest of the year. You can take the trolley to Lovers Key Bonita Beach and all of Fort Myers Beach.

THIS IS A REALLY NICE PROPERTY WITH LOVELY VIEWS. VERY CLEAN AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. EVEN THOUGH WE ARE IN CANADA AND THE OWNERS ARE I N THE U.S.A. WE HAD NO TROUBLE GETTING THE KEYS AND RETURNING THEM.THERE IS A SMALL STRIP PLAZA ACROSS THE ROAD WITH 3 OR 4 RESTAURANTS AND SMALL GIFT AND CLOTHING STORES

My wife and I thoroughly endorse the previous three comments.
Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony, the stunning sunsets can even be viewed from the dining table.
We recently spent four weeks here from mid april 08. We intend to return soon, we hope this unit will be available.

This is not your usual beach front condo with its boring strip of beach/chairs. The beautiful sand bar in front provided an environmental treasure chest of wildlife and mangrove trees. It also provided great nature photography opportunities, both from the condo's deck and while walking across the shallow "inland waterway" to the sand bar. The owner was very helpful in providing "tourist" ideas, in being always available via cell phone and in stretching the checkout time. The condo's proximity to eco boat tours (across the street), Lover's Key (kayak rentals, beaches, nature paths, etc.), and shopping was the "frosting on the cake." My husband and I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay!!!

This is one great place to vacation. Everything is just as it looks. It is very clean and has everything in it just as the advertisement says. The view is the most breathtaking view you can ever imagine. It is so quiet and peaceful you won't want to go home. I'm coming back again this year and ever chance I get. The owner is the nicest person to rent from. I would recommend this place and give it a 5 star rating in my book.

My husband and I stayed December 8-15. Had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the ocean. loved seeing the dolphins and the many variety of birds. Close to resturants, golfing. Nice and clean, great price. Will definitely come again.
