Dock has Trex decking, ladder, nice swimming area, covered dining area, kiddie pool and excellent fishing! House has huge private deck, dining area and grille. A great location for everything that Lake Anna has to offer: swimming, boating, relaxing and enjoying! Bring your fishing poles: this is one of Lake Anna's best locations to fish! (Please purchase fishing license at local convenience stores.) Other amenities include kayaks and recreation room with bar and foosball. Close to proximity to Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Lake Anna state park, waterfront restaurant and convenience store.
