Newly Constructed three bedroom condo - sleeps six persons with three king twin beds that can easily be separated to accommodate single sleepers. Balcony overlooks man-made lake. This condo is 5-10 minutes from ocean and minutes from Broadway at the Beach which offer places like Ripley's Aquarium and many restaurants. This condo offers two TV's and two baths with one tub. The kitchen offers an eat-in counter seating four persons. Additionally, there is an eating area accommodating four to six people.

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

This was my first time renting a condo on a vacation and I was very satisfied with my first experience. This condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family of 5 to stay in while visiting Myrtle Beach for our first time. We were centrally located in Myrtle Beach and close to many site seeing activities, the ocean, Broadway on the Beach, etc. We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach and hope to return again next year.

Owner's Response: I am always amazed at the people I continue to meet while conducting business for my MB Condo - I am now a single mom and 3 years ago decided to buy and rent a condo in MB - my critics have looked at me with slanted eyes - but what you do not see are the 3-4 dealings/conversations that take place prior to the actual rental - I have been blessed - the folks I have had the pleasure of meeting and conducting business with are truly amazing - I now really can say "I thoroughly enjoy what I do" the business I have started has actually turned into my passion - thank you Homeaway and thank you to my Clients/MB Vacationers.

Great value and a beautiful unit

Our stay at this condo was remarkable. The unit was perfect and spotless. With an ideal location and close poximity to everything in Myrtle Beach you can't fail. It had easy access to the swimming pool and golf course. We will definitely be back.

A great condo

We stayed in this condo in the summer and it was great. It was clean and had great furniture to relax on after a long day. Even though in is on the second floor it was easy to get to with an elevator and being by the stairs

So much for so little

Working for the Foreign Service I travel extensively. I was very surprised to see such a luxurious place in a popular vacations spot for such a low price. I have paid more money for much less in worse places, that I thought for sure this was too good to be true. To my delight, this place is everything it claims to be and more. The listing description is very accurate, and the property was well maintained, cleaned and relaxing. I was kept informed about everything from the owner, and there were no unpleasant surprises. I was only there for a weekend, just to visit my relatives with my wife and daughter before we depart for our next overseas assignment, but I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to enjoy the Myrtle Beach area in style.

Just returned from Myrtle Beach. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very accomadating and spacious. The owner is great doing business with; she was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The only thing I would suggest would be a television in the 2nd or 3rd bedroom. We had teenagers as well as younger kids with us, so there was always a debate over what to watch. No other problems; we had a great week and I would definitely stay at this property again. Recommend highly.
