This beach cottage is located in scenic Narragansett, just across the street from the ocean and a brief walk to beautiful Roger Wheeler State Beach. The port of Galilee where the Block Island Ferry docks is only a two mile drive/walk. Plenty of commercial fishing boats are available to take you out deep sea fishing. The Southland Ferry also provides guided tours of the harbor and refuge. Beautiful Narragansett pier is a 10 minute drive. There you can view the Narragansett Towers, historical landmark, and eat at one of many fine restaurants, or visit the town beach or local museum. Newport RI is only a 20 minute drive. If shopping is your desire, try downtown Wakefield, The South County Commons shops, and Wickford Village. So much to do, so much to enjoy! Wonderful memories in the making.
